I felt it was necessary to capitalize the word "prints" and an exclamation point, because it involves very vibrant loud and beautiful prints. This trend is huge for this Spring season, and I am fully embracing it! Well, will be. I'm on the hunt for some amazing pieces, probably while I go vintage shopping. But for now, this will serve as great inspiration :).

I am loving the idea behind the Self Love Revolution that newest member of Blowfish, Amy started and blogged about last week! Not only should Valentine's Day be a time to celebrate your loved ones, but also to celebrate yourself, and love yourself. Spreading a positive self-image & self-awareness is definitely an amazing thing for this month of love, so thought I'd start with some self-love too by sharing quotes I find truly inspiring.
For my last semester at UC Berkeley, I wanted to take a "fun" type of class -- so of course I chose French! :) I took 4 years of French in high school, but over time I sadly do not remember most of it :(. So, these past few weeks getting reacquainted with my love for the French language, I decided to write a post on Parisian Fashion. One day, I hope to go to Paris (very top of my bucket list ;p) and maybe sit at a cafe and style watch.
Two of my new years fashion resolutions are first, incorporate more prints into my wardrobe, and second, try to wear more bright colors. I want to challenge myself this year by getting more creative with the type of prints and colors in my everyday wear. Enjoy a few images I've collected for inspiration on sticking to these fashion new years resolutions!

Had to take a moment to notice how cute fashionable children can be...lets just say, far down the road, I will be dressing up my children in some way like this. Can't get over how their parents put together such adorable outfits and not to mention chic ones. My favorite is Alexander Wang's niece, bundled up in a huge fur coat, which btw is perfect for winter! Now save all your "aaaaawww's" for the group of photos below.
Taking a study break from this plethora of study-madness happening around UCB Campus at the moment, and wanted to make a post related to something happy and fun -- two things that I am yearning at the moment. AND, this is going to be another Christmas-related post! As you can tell, I am very excited for Christmas to come in 2 weeks!! Time flies.
It's December and the winter season has officially arrived; how time flies! And it has become the time to get cozy and to create layer upon layer with jackets, scarves, knit sweaters, and more. It's this time of year I really love for fashion because I get to pack on clothing to keep warm. The neglected jackets and sweaters are now getting all the love in my closet. Hope you enjoy this Winter fashion inspiration post :).

I feel like my style is slowly gravitating toward a more minimalistic type of style..or at least, I do like to admire how celebrities and fashion icons take on this trend and make it their own. A few fashion bloggers also have caught my eye creating minimalism to a whole other level of beauty. I love how 5 Inch and Up plays with proportions and layers, and how LOVE AESTHETICS creates lovely silhouettes with shapes alone.
Definitely an offbeat post, but wanted to take the time, in the spirit of Thanksgiving, to share a few kinds of food I am definitely thankful for :) These foods in particular remind me of my family and friends, memories with them, and growing up. Family, friends, and food definitely is always Thanksgiving to me, so why not mix all of them in this post? Happy recent Thanksgiving everyone!
#1 Mint 'N Chip Ice Cream. Brings me back to when I was a kid, I remember going to Rite Aid asking to get scoops of it in a cone.
..I am a true Christmas fanatic and lover. And why not start a little bit early by getting you excited for Christmas too!? I can't really find the fun in Thanksgiving, as I'm a vegetarian -- there's only a bread turkey I can eat..SO, with that said, I will share something I find the most fun and beautiful about Christmas -- Christsmas songs! Feel free to also recommend any other Christmas songs you love too! Always am up for adding more to my Christmas song list :).
