This Summer when you're all alone at home, bored to death, maybe even staring out the window thinking "What can I possibly do now that I have aaall this free time?"....the answer to your question? DIYs!!! haha, okay I exaggerate but they are super fun especially when you're bored and better yet, it's productive! I've been craving this Summer to catch up on doing DIY projects I didn't have the time to do during the school year. I even have a list filling up fast. I'll share with you a few I want to do including links to places you can find out how to..DIY ;).
DIY Project #1: Friendship Bracelets

I love how you can layer bracelet upon bracelet with fun colors and brighten up any dull outfit especially for Summer. Check out how to make DIY friendship bracelets at Honestly WTF.
DIY Project #2: Spike Stud Shoes

Ever since I saw this picture, I was mesmerized by how I can actually achieve this by just buying simple spike studs from an art store and fabric glue. I have similar boots in my closet that I haven't used in a long time too -- DIYs are also great to revamp your closet! :) Check out Mode Bay Area blog where she describes how to make your own pair!
DIY Project #3: White Lace Shorts

Lastly, something I've always wanted to make on my own, white lace shorts! Something I would definitely need this Summer as the temperature rises. My all-time fave DIY blog, Swellmayde, inspires me to make a pair of my own (along w/ all her other amazing DIY posts!). Got to make a visit to my nearby fabric store soon!
Hope you'll try some DIYs, either some of these or others that interest you, this Summer! Have fun DIY-ing!! :)
